Items are shipped either from a store in England or from a store in Europe .

all items will be shipped within 1-3 working days upon receipt of payment
 You will receive it in 2-14 working days in Europe. rest of the world 10 -35 working days (Saturday and Sunday excluded.)

We endeavour to deliver all parcels within the allocated time frame given by POST , however please note that all of our delivery times are ‘estimated’. Therefore, it is not guaranteed to arrive by the date indicated. If you have not received your item within the allotted time frame please contact us for help to track your parcel. Investigations into lost parcels can take up to 14 days.
Refunds or replacements will not be issued until the investigation is complete.

 If your postal address is different to that on your account and you’d like us to post to a different address you MUST notify us when making payment and no later.
 We always try our best to dispatch as soon as possible and late msgs can easily be missed creating extra postage costs. If you make a purchase and you don’t change the address with the purchase you are agreeing to pay for the additional costs and will wait for the original purchase to come back to us before we can dispatch it again.
