Customers  can return the item for a refund or exchange with in 14 days from the date you receive your item.

 The condition for accepting the complaint are defects not caused by improper use or installation. We send the goods to the manufacturer. The manufacturer has from 30 to 60 days to check if the fault is on their side. After receiving a reply from the manufacturer, we contact you. If it turns out that the product is at fault during production, we send a new product or repair it. If the fault is on the customer's side, we send back the received item at the customer's expense.
