A consumer who has concluded a distance or off-premises contract may, within 14 days, withdraw from it without giving a reason and without incurring costs, subject to paragraph 6 below.
The period of 14 days for withdrawal from the contract begins from the date of taking possession of the ordered item, and in the case of an order that includes many items delivered separately, in batches or in parts - from taking possession of the last item, batch or part.
The consumer may withdraw from the contract by submitting a declaration of withdrawal to the Seller to the following address: 18 WORDSWORTH AVENUE BILLINGE WN57EP or to the e-mail address: fairtradeprice@gmail.com. The statement may be submitted on the form, the specimen of which is attached as Annex 2 to the Act of 24 June 2014 Consumer Rights (Journal of Laws 2014.827 as amended).
To meet the deadline referred to in paragraph 1, it is enough to send the statement before the expiry of that period. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the contract is considered void.
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the Seller shall immediately, but not later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Consumer's statement and the item returned by him, return the payment made by the Consumer. The reimbursement will be made by the Seller using the same method of payment as used by the Consumer, unless the Consumer has expressly agreed to a different method of return, which does not involve any costs for him.
The consumer is obliged to return the item to the Seller, but no later than within 14 days from the date on which he withdrew from the contract. To meet the deadline, it is enough to return the items before its expiry.
The costs associated with returning the goods are the responsibility of the buyer.
The consumer is responsible for reducing the value of the item as a result of using it in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item.
The right to withdraw from the contract is not entitled to the Consumer in relation to contracts:

    for the delivery of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts;
    in which the subject of the service are items that after delivery, due to their nature, are inseparably connected with other items;
    in which the subject of the service is an item delivered in a sealed package, which cannot be returned after opening the package due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the packaging has been opened after delivery;
    in which the subject of the service is an item that deteriorates quickly or has a short shelf life;
    in which the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to the Consumer's specification or serving to satisfy his individual needs;
    concluded through a public auction;
    in which the subject of the service are sound or visual recordings or computer software delivered in a sealed package, if the package has been opened after delivery
